This office complex for a health insurance organization is situated conveniently close to the main station in Wiesbaden. Four new narrow tracts with north-south aspects have now been added to the existing structure. The newly created floor areas can be laid out as single-cell, group, combined or open-plan offices. The extension has a reinforced concrete skeleton-frame structure with bracing in?the form of diaphragm cross-walls and solid cores. The floors were dimensioned in such a way that no downstand beams are necessary, which also facilitates the flexible division of the internal space.
