The colours and structure of the San Riemo apartment building emanate a sense of playful lightness: they include white corrugated metal, mint-coloured aluminium elements and, above the residents café beside the main entrance, a pink awning to provide sun protection. The housing block with 27 apartments and a commercial unit, which summacumfemmer from Leipzig and Julian Greb from Ghent have built in the Munich trade fair town of Riem, is the first housing project by Kooperative Großstadt, which was founded in 2015.
