A curved surface consisting of smooth concrete spatially unites the free-standing historic factory halls of the former glassworks in Meisenthal within the cultural centre Site Verrier. The flowing roofscape displays a swinging character and covers a new entrance building, where it curves downward and becomes a public space, without impairing the prominence of the existing buildings. An open space with organic outline is located in its centre and functions as a plaza and a place for communication, for meeting and orientation for the visitors.
