The seven-storey exposed-concrete structure in the Sonnwend district of Vienna is distinguished by its diverse functions, with offices, jointly used public spaces and dwellings. This combination of uses was made possible by the initiative of a commercial construction group, consisting of three architectural offices working together on a friendly basis and two professionally related firms.
