The four-storey residential building in the interior courtyard of a block border structure in the 12th arrondissement of Paris is based on a study on redensification opportunities.
The new structure offered the opportunity to create additional residential space while also improving the dull backyard of the eleven-storey building bordering the street, enclosed by tall walls.
