Opposite the Viktualienmarkt, the food market in the heart of Munich, an office building dating from the post-war years has been converted into an unusual hotel by the architects Hild and K, who also designed the internal finishings and fittings. DETAIL spoke about this development to the architects, Andreas Hild and Dionys Ottl, as well as to Rudi Kull, the restaurateur, and Albert Weinzierl, an architect, who operate the Hotel Louis.
