The new community facility in the Lower Franconian town of Niederwerrn builds bridges in numerous ways. It connects the old town centre with the new and extensive residential developments in the surrounding region. The ensemble also contains roughly 700 m3 of recycled concrete sourced from a demolished bridge. The material was used for facades, foundations and plinth structures.
