We crystallized the creative means out of a method of both thought and working which has kept us preoccupied since the end of the 60s, and which we have been elaborating ever since: »critical mannerism«. In this case, our special interest was focused on the following points: eloquent illustration of complex historical interrelations; illusion, equivocalness, irony (self-irony, too); alienation,desuuction,parody; imagery; poetry.
