In the Seestadt Aspern development northeast of Vienna, numerous residential and office buildings including shops, cafés and restaurants are currently under construction. In the modular building designed by Viennese architects Heri&Salli, spaces for living and working also merge together, complemented by a public forum on the ground floor.
