Containing two dwellings with their own entrances, the house is only four metres wide and extends over a great depth. The brick facade, articulated by openings with white surrounds, establishes a link with the historical fabric. The two-part windows, however, are of unusual design. Internally, they appear as long vertical slits that allow light to penetrate far into the interior. Externally, they seem smaller in scale: the upper part is accentuated by a bold white surround, while the lower section is set back and visually less pronounced. The dwelling on the lower floors has a small garden. The larger dwelling on the upper floor has a roof terrace, access to which is via a gallery in the two-storey living room.
