Standing discreetly on the periphery of the small community of Latsch in Alto Adige, this structure is distinguished by its cubic, sculptural qualities. The building accommodates the offices of a large local trading company, the founder of which is a patron of the arts. For that reason, the ground floor is taken up by an open exhibition space. On this level, the standard of finishings and the interior design – with white walls and ceilings and oak parquet flooring – are the same as in the three office storeys above. The ground floor may, therefore, be seen as a potential extension area. The internal spaces on the upper floors are distinguished largely by their fitted chestnut furnishings (also designed by the architect) and by the triple-glazed facade bays.
