The southern part of this office building is connected to the main block by a light-filled hall with a filigree steel roof structure. Steel bridges provide corridor links at 1st and 2nd floor levels. In prominent position in the hall is a light steel staircase reaching the 1st floor in one flight and continuing in two flights up to the 2nd floor. This 2nd stage is suspended from the bridge above, and at the landing level is without any support from underneath. The staircase itself is simply constructed of flat steel stair strings with steel steps filled with concrete screed to increase self-weight.
