The arrangement of four high-voltage cable masts arranged in pairs for the electricity supply organisation NiGRES was designed in 1927 and built in 1929. (...) After the demolition of the high-voltage line in 1989 and the collapse of its twin tower closer to the water in 2005, only one of the taller Oka towers remains intact. The outstanding significance of this structure can be attributed to its structural detailing.
