Public walkways lead to the individual houses via a central square. In order to integrate the new project into the existing housing development smaller sized houses were orientated along the access routes, and long drawnout buildings within the development itself and parallel to the railway embankment. The three- and four-storey buildings are grouped around a central courtyard with some of the fronts, as well as the common room, facing the courtyard. The west facing building block at the railway embankment is protected by the access galleries from environmental and noise pollution.
