A geometrical pattern consisting of brick either in natural red or with white render finish defines the facades of the four storey multi-family residential building in the holiday resort of Platja d’en Bossa on the Spanish island of Ibiza. The structure wasn't erected for tourists, but instead, for local residents with low income. It is situated in the second row behind the hotels that line the beach and occupies the square plot in its entirety. The rectangular building volume houses 24 subsidised apartments with two to three rooms each. The common garden is surrounded by a masonry wall.
