The architect's scope of work consisted in converting an empty attic of about 250 sq.m. into a studio for a private radio station. The partition walls are erected as two-leaf gypsum board post-and-beam walls separately constructed with a lead intermediate layer. The surfaces facing the studios were furnished with an additional sound absorptive facing skin. The studio doors were provided with fully Sound insulating door leaves with large format lever fittings (customary in the cold store construction) for special damping effect.
