Located directly on the shore of an ocean inlet outside the city of Bergen, it was the tallest timber building in the world at the time of its completion. The residents of the 62 flats enjoy views of the port and the surrounding fjord landscape,
especially from the roof terrace. A reinforced concrete plinth jutting into the embankment accommodates 14 timber constructed floors.
