Das Projekt zeichnet sich durch einen innovativen Einsatz von Raummodulen aus: In jeder Wohnung ist die fassadenseitige Raumschicht mit Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer und Loggia in einem Raummodul zusammengefasst, ein zweites Modul nimmt die innenliegende Zone mit Bädern, Küchen und Nebenräumen auf. Installationen sind in die Flurwände integriert. So ist eine unabhängige Wartung möglich.
