As part of a Scandinavian building exhibition, this Danish architect built a series of terraced housing rows on two hills. The site is one of great natural beauty, and open spaces between the individual schemes have been preserved. Towards the slope these terraces are generally one-storey high, and up to four storeys facing down the slope. The upper floor apartments have balconies, and the two-floor maisonettes have double height areas with kitchen below and living room above. Continuous window strips and overhanging eaves underline the building's slim outline.
