The interior design of this Italian restaurant is based on the cuisine of chef Andre Guerrero. The walls of the triangular dining space are in the Italian national colours of red, white and green. Punctuated by large windows, the side facing the street is simply painted white, while the southern wall is decorated with a depiction of outsize spaghetti on red panels. The third face of the triangle is dominated by a strip of rear-lighted green louvres that visually divide the dining space from the kitchen. At the bar, guests can enjoy Italian wine or try a beer from a brewery in Pasadena. The menu, with the title “Kinda Old School”, refers to the fact that the dishes are based on classical Italian recipes, yet in a new interpretation.
